    We are looking for motivated individuals with an interest in food service/beverage to join our Modern Tea sales team. As an Commercial Food Sales Representative of Modern Tea, you are responsible to prospect and generate new commercial business.

    You decide how much you want to work. Set goals and create your business around your existing priorities, and You earn up to 20% commission. By selling products individually, you earn a commission on every sale you make. There’s no need to carry inventory! Your Starter Kit and catalog is all you need to grow your business.

    • Experience within the beverage/tea industry at the distributor or supplier level is preferred.

    • Develop key customers in each territory and attain a proprietary relationship with said retailers to gain sales and distribution
    • Completely understand and embrace the Victory brands and culture and deliver our mission to the wholesale and retail customer.
    What You’ll Do:
    • Developing new accounts that are not being penetrated with Modern Tea products, and establishing business with such accounts
    • Partnering with distributors to ensure orders are placed, products are received and business is growing at accounts
    • Cold call on independent accounts to give successful presentations for decision-making buyers that result in the sales of Modern Tea
    • Gain understanding of broker relationships to assist in key customer assignments.
    • Verify orders with customers to include receiving information from customers and discussing orders with customers.
    • Meet and exceed goal expectations while effectively selling the Modern Tea portfolio and fulfilling designated account run management objectives
    • Improve the marketability of Modern Tea products.
    • Effectively plan in the short and long term to achieve sales goals and grow your territory
    • Keep up with market trends and proactively offer insight for brand/product improvement
    • Are truly passionate about selling and have specific knowledge of how to sell tea
    • Can naturally and successfully influence and negotiate
    • Constantly seek out new ideas, keep up with industry trends, and thrive on being one step ahead of the game

    Salary: Sales Commissions.

    We are recruiting salesperson for introducing and selling our products at this year’s Vancouver Tea Festival.

    The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

    • Strong communication skills
    • Professional in attitude and appearance
    • Self motivated
    • Great people skills
    • Able to work weekends
    • Having some sales experience is a plus but not a requirement

    The qualified candidate will have the top priority of future chance to work for us in the 2017 World Tea Expo, Las Vegas.

    Wage: $12-$15 per hour + 30% sales commission.

    Job Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:00PM, include 30mins lunch time.
